Review by hotel critic
My recent stay at Bellini exceeded all expectations. Not only did the hotel provide exceptional service, but they went above and beyond by returning the sim cards I had accidentally left in the room-a true testament to their attention to detail and care for guests. The ironing facilities were top-notch, ensuring my clothes were always crisp and presentable. The room's heating and air conditioning were perfect, allowing for a comfortable stay regardless of the weather outside. The presence of tea and coffee facilities in the room added a homely touch, while the free toiletries provided were of high quality. The sitting area and dining table were elegantly arranged, providing a cozy space to relax and enjoy meals. Free wi-fi in the rooms made it easy to stay connected, and the flat-screen TV added to the comfort of the room. The parquet floor added a touch of luxury, enhancing the overall ambiance. Bellini's attention to detail and dedication to guest satisfaction truly set them apart, making it a standout choice for those seeking a memorable stay in the heart of Catania.
